Bio-Sens provides expert analysis for the resolution of problems related to aroma,
flavour and odour.

Over the past 10 years we have been developing and utilizing Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry and Olfactometry based systems and techniques to resolve real-world consumer problems related to aroma, odour and air quality. We have developed our own data bank, indexing chemicals, taste, and odour and toxicity properties for thousands of volatile compounds.
Bio-Sens is established as one of the leading analytical laboratory dedicated to all aspects of odour analysis. We have successfully carried out hundreds of projects and have acquired expert experience in such areas as: food and beverage off-flavours, biotech product odour identification, product contamination and adulteration, water off-odour problems, packaging related odours, indoor and outdoor air quality...
Our analytical research activities are based upon instrument development for “trace components” extraction and rapid and statistical methods for using volatile compounds as markers of taints, origins, quality…Our “sensorial analytic” research aims to develop tools for linking human sensory assessment with analytical results.
